Sales Representative & Marketing Coordinator for Construction

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative & Marketing Coordinator-Construction to join our team.

This role combines responsibilities in both sales and marketing. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintain client relationships while marketing the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Duties:

Identify and prosect potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and social media
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their business objectives
Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to secure new business

Marketing Coordinator Duties:

Create and implement marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email and traditional advertising
Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitors
Development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and product presentations

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
