Assistant Lead of Volunteer Communications

  • The Assistant Lead of Volunteer Communications supports the Lead of Volunteer Communications in managing volunteer engagement and onboarding. They are responsible for assisting with the onboarding process for new volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to get started. In addition, they regularly check in with assigned volunteers to ensure they are engaged, have the support they need, and are meeting their responsibilities. The Assistant Lead also attends regular Volunteer Department meetings and provides updates and reports on the progress and well-being of the volunteers they are responsible for, ensuring they stay on track and contribute effectively to the department.
  • Time commitment: 5-8 hours per week
