- The HR Department Head leads the HR team and is responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts within the organization. They manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding. The HR Department Head ensures effective communication between the HR team and the PHS Management Team, collaborating closely to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs. Key responsibilities include leading regular HR department meetings, coordinating recruitment campaigns, tracking progress on open positions, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. They also attend leadership team meetings to provide updates and contribute to strategic discussions.
