Weekly -

Communications to Band-

Emailing band members with necessary information that might need for the coming gigs and rehearsal, organizing personel
Help with rehearsal scheduling, emailing and details - polling

Monitor and operate email communications with band

Calling venues and clients as needed (somewhat rare)

When new record comes out, will solicit reviewers

Gig Acquisition -

One day a week send out emails to clubs for gigs.
Design and maintain a focused plan for gig acquisition. (One Club at a time)


Social Media -

One day a week post something to our instagram page
Band member profile, new music, old music, new ideas

Monthly-

Research MPF Gig -
Co-ordinate finding locations, and some paperwork for MPF concerts

Special Projects -
Finding Grants Band can qualify to use
Help in setting up second album recording
Help in Creating the “They Were Dance Machines” Project
