About the Role:
Monark and Co. is looking for a driven, digitally savvy Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our co-founders and consultants across a range of exciting client projects. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in digital strategy, e-commerce, and performance marketing—especially in the world of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands across fashion, beauty, wellness, and CPG.
You’ll get real experience executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and supporting digital growth for emerging and established consumer brands. If you're eager to roll up your sleeves and learn how marketing works across multiple channels, this is a unique opportunity to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, paid social, and organic channels
Support email marketing setup, testing, and performance review (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
Conduct brand audits and competitive landscape research
Contribute to social media scheduling, content planning, and performance tracking
Help update and manage eCommerce platforms like Shopify or other CMS tools
Collaborate on client reporting, campaign insights, and KPI tracking
Work closely with Monark consultants to support strategy execution across accounts
Who You Are:
Enthusiastic about digital marketing, analytics, and the growth side of consumer brands
Familiar (or curious to learn) tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Canva, or Google Analytics
Analytical thinker with a creative edge—comfortable blending performance with storytelling
Organized, proactive, and collaborative
Bonus if you bring writing, content, or design experience to the table
