Pay Range: $23 to $25 per Hour.
Slate is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Chassis Engineering Intern to join our innovative Engineering Teams this Summer Semester (May – September)! In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the Manager of Chassis Engineering and gain hands-on experience shaping the future of mobility. Based at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Troy, MI, this opportunity puts you right in the heart of cutting-edge automotive design and engineering.

What you bring to the team:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Academic Excellence: A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
- Onsite Presence: Ready to bring your energy and skills to our Troy, MI headquarters 5 days per week
- Adventure Ready Mindset: Excited about opportunities to support testing in the Southwest USA – travel and hands-on learning await!
- Passion for hands-on learning – eager to apply classroom knowledge in real-world setting and make an impact!
- Hands-On Experience: Participation in Formula SAE or Baja SAE—showcasing your passion for engineering and problem-solving.
