Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance Associate to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in finance within a fast-paced pharmaceutical R&D business. The successful candidate will support financial operations by compiling and analyzing data, coordinating payments, and potentially handling cashier responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. 
• Payment Coordination: Assist in processing vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other payment transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. 
• Cash Handling (if applicable): Perform cashier duties, and ensure proper documentation of cash transactions. 
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Support account reconciliations, financial reports preparation, and variance analysis. 
• Process Improvement: Assist in improving financial processes and controls for efficiency and accuracy. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations. 
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate financial records and support audit requirements.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
