
Project Manager Intern
Job description
As a Project Manager intern, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and closing projects for Queendom Arts Consulting and our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to team members
- Conduct regular project meetings to gather updates and provide guidance
- Assist in managing project budgets and resources
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and properly archived
- Provide support in evaluating project outcomes and lessons learned
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably in a related field (Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ClickUp or Asana) is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude
