Social Media and Content Intern

Crestline FC is looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to help build our online presence and tell our story.

We’re a new soccer club based in the Triangle area (Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh), creating a real development pathway for players to reach the professional, collegiate, and pre-professional levels. Now, we’re looking for a creative, sports-minded content intern to help us capture moments, engage with our community, and grow our brand.

This internship is unpaid and intended to provide educational value and real-world experience. We’re happy to support students who wish to earn college credit through their university.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and create content for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Spotify
• Design graphics, reels, and highlight clips from training sessions & events
• Develop and maintain a content calendar (schedule posts, engage with comments)
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for engaging players, parents, and fans
• Help expand our Spotify presence with curated playlists and music-based engagement ideas (think: matchday vibes, training playlists, etc.)
• Collaborate directly with club leadership to shape our online voice and identity
• Work remotely with the option to meet in person occasionally for shoots or events

Who You Are:

✅ Skilled in photo/video editing or motion design
✅ A creative thinker who knows how to stand out online
✅ Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
✅ Interested in music and digital culture
✅ Bonus: Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
