Data Scientist

 A fast-growing AI-driven SaaS company is looking for a Data Scientist to join its product development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning models and data-driven insights that empower engineering leaders to make informed decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze unique datasets, and develop innovative solutions that directly impact customers.

Role:

🔹 Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build innovative, data-driven features
🔹 Develop and implement algorithms using statistics, NLP, ML, and generative AI techniques
🔹 Improve the platform’s inference engines and data science validation processes
🔹 Measure and optimize the impact of product features based on real-world data
🔹 Prototype, test, and deploy advanced algorithms for production applications

Requirements:

✅ Strong product mindset with a focus on user experience
✅ 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
✅ Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development
✅ Experience in processing real-world datasets and deriving actionable insights
✅ Ability to break down complex problems into solvable frameworks
✅ Strong communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
✅ Experience with cloud-based ML workflows (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
✅ Bonus: Familiarity with Django, Postgres, Docker
