Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative Intern to manage client inquiries, facilitate bookings, and handle key marketing initiatives. This role is vital in ensuring every client has a seamless experience, from exploring our venue offerings to booking their dream event.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Communication: Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries across multiple channels (website, social media, text messages, and voicemails), providing detailed information on venue packages, pricing, and current specials.
  • Booking Tours & Venue Showcase: Schedule and conduct engaging tours for prospective clients, showcasing our unique offerings and upselling additional services to create a memorable event package. Wedding tours will be conducted by Danyell.
  • Contract & Invoice Management: Manage booking confirmations, send contracts and invoices through Honeybook, and ensure updates on all calendar platforms, including Square, Honeybook, and shared team calendars.
  • Client Coordination: Upon booking, connect clients with the design team to capture their vision, facilitating an inspiring planning experience.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Source quotes from contractors and service providers, helping clients bring their event vision to life within budget.
  • Digital Presence & Updates: Ensure that the website and social media channels reflect up-to-date information on all packages, pricing, and current specials, enhancing client engagement and interest.
  • Email Campaigns & Promotions: Develop and send email campaigns and memos about current specials to clients and internal team members, maximizing exposure and booking potential.
  • Sales & Marketing Materials: Distribute promotional materials, such as rental item flyers, to potential clients, leveraging Square campaigns and targeted follow-ups.
  • Welcome Packages & Client Resources: Organize and distribute welcome packages for new clients, including access to portals or Google Drive folders for easy file management.
  • Sales Tools & Documentation: Prepare and present sell sheets, brochures, and informational folders to potential clients, effectively communicating Love Official’s services and packages.
  • Client Onboarding & Questionnaires: Set up and manage JotForm questionnaires for consultations, tailoring forms to gather essential details based on the client’s selected package.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Proactively seek advertising and partnership opportunities across platforms, shows, and industry events, ensuring Love Official’s services reach the right audience.
  • Lead Tracking & Analytics: Maintain a comprehensive contact sheet, documenting lead sources, platform details, follow-up status, and reasons for not closing a sale. Use this information to refine outreach strategies and drive conversion.

  • Outstanding communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor.
  • Proven sales acumen with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for handling multiple client inquiries, bookings, and marketing tasks.
  • Experience with Honeybook, Square, Google Drive, JotForm, or similar tools.
  • Creative and proactive in seeking new marketing opportunities, ensuring our brand presence and services reach target clients.
