SLI Student Worker - Work Study
Job Description Summary:
- Provide general office assistance such as answering the phone, emails, questions, collecting and distributing mail, and greeting visitors
- Assist with managing marketing materials for upcoming events and promoting student-facing platforms
- Communicate with Student Organizations about their reimbursement checks/packages with the Student Leadership & Involvement Office
- Utilize Involvement Link and Student Leadership & Involvement network drives to maintain and organize Student Organization files
- Support data entry for upcoming events and activities such as Awards, University Traditions, RSO re-registration, Greek Life New Member process
- Organize and coordinate logistics related to traditions and events, including but not limited to: Summer Programming Events, Afternoon on the Town, Welcome Week, K-Day, Homecoming, Husky Lead Workshops, Late Night Programming, Make A Difference Day, LeaderShape
- Support day-of-event logistics, including but not limited to: Tabling, Tech Traditions, Late Night Programming, Leadership and Service events, and Outreach
- Assist the Administrative Aide, Coordinators, Assistant Director, and Director of Student Leadership & Involvement with general responsibilities related to the position
- Other duties as assigned

- Comfortable using Google Calendar
Required Requirements:
- Minimum Grade Point Average of 2.5
- Hold and maintain good conduct standing
- Work-study eligible
