What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Technology to join our team. You will bring expertise in understanding the pharmaceutical industry, leveraging datasets like LAAD, DDD, and XPO. You will enjoy working on complex data sets to help clients solve diverse real-world problems, drive business performance, navigate risks, and develop pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights. You will also have the ability to technically lead transformation projects, software modernizations, and cloud infrastructure migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Solutions & Transformation: Assess clients' workloads and technology landscapes for Cloud suitability.
  • Develop business cases and Cloud adoption roadmaps.
  • Lead efforts across all project phases, from planning to delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive the design and execution of these solutions.
  • Oversee the design, build, and management of technology solutions that solve client business problems.
  • Take ownership of project deliverables, including business cases, solution designs, prototypes, technical architecture, and deployment plans.
  • Team Management & Collaboration: Lead a diverse team including programmers, cloud analysts, BI developers, and reporting specialists.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
  • Make timely and informed decisions considering the broader project picture.
  • Technology Expertise & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and emerging cloud technologies.
  • Develop deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and ETL solutions on platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in the cloud solutions being developed.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical terms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the technology solutions process.
  • Risk Management & Decision Making: Proactively address challenges and mitigate risks by considering technical nuances and project planning

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in pharma technology consulting, with at least 2 years in the US.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or client service delivery using AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Certified AWS Solutions Architect – Professional (Nice to have).
  • Certified AWS Big Data Specialty (Nice to have).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
  • Certified AWS AI/ML Specialty (Nice to have).
  • Experience with DevOps on an AWS platform; multi-cloud experience is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Spark, PySpark, Unix shell/Perl scripting.
  • Familiarity with metadata management technologies: Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Lineage, and Data Catalog.
  • Multi-cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
