Customer Service Agent

 Your day-to-day will involve: 

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Determining customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Assisting customers on phone, email and chat platforms
  • Using multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the  phone
  • Using problem solving and critical thinking skills to resolve concerns

Must haves for the job 

  • 18 Years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
