Job Description:

As a Field Canvasser, you’ll play a crucial role in our outreach efforts, connecting with potential customers and representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Target earnings of $50,000 to $100,000+

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the Public: Conduct face-to-face interactions with potential customers, presenting Leaf Home’s services and gathering feedback.
• Promote and Sell: Use your persuasive skills to inform and encourage individuals to take action or make a purchase.
• Achieve Goals: Work towards and exceed daily and weekly targets while upholding a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with Team: Partner with fellow canvassers to strategize, share best practices, and achieve collective success.
• Report and Analyze: Keep detailed records of interactions and provide regular updates on your progress.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
• Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer focused and results oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather.  Extended periods of walking / standing required.
• Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Travel Requirements:

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
