Engineering Intern
Engineering Interns will work closely under the guidance of the Engineering team to apply practical, hands-on, real work experience utilizing the information and skills they have learned. A focus of the internship will be on understanding the fundamentals of manufacturing engineering.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
- Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and data.
- Identify and optimize a process to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and optimize material usage.
- Analyze current quality control processes, identify common defects and their root causes, and propose solutions to improve product quality.
- Present project outcomes to leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Up to 10% travel required

Required
Education/Certification
- Currently enrolled or a recent graduate of engineering program (i.e. Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics)
- Hold a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
