What You’ll Do: 

🔹 Provide 1:1 physical therapy for children (birth-21) in home and community settings. 
🔹 Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans to help kids build strength, mobility, and independence. 
🔹 Guide families in supporting their child’s progress outside of therapy sessions. 
🔹 Document patient progress with accuracy and attention to detail. 
🔹 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for each child. 

What You Need to Apply: 

🎓 Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 
📍 Active Texas PT License (or in the process of obtaining one). 
💡 New graduates encouraged to apply – we provide training & mentorship! 
🚗 Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license. 
💙 CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
