Registered Behavior Technician
Job Requirements
•BS/BA in a related field (preferred)
•Experience working with children (minimum of one year preferred)
•Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (preferred)
•IN Driver’s License, reliable transportation and auto insurance
•Clear background check
•Ability to meet the physical demands of therapy services (must be able to walk, run, bend, lift,
reach, stoop, and kneel and lift at least 35 lbs.)
•Willingness to commute to the home, school or daycare (if needed)
Job Duties
•Provide best-practice ABA services for the clients served and comply with Ethics Guidelines
•Collect program target data
•Integrate ABA knowledge to develop social skills, play skills, language skills, attention skills, and
self-help skills
•Assist the clinical team with program development
•Assist with interpreting and communicating with clients who are non-English speaking if you
have any abilities regarding the client’s language
•Accept specific feedback from BCBA supervisors
•Adhere to high standards of professional behavior, including behavioral discussions grounded in
scientific and professionally derived knowledge
•Keep current all licenses and certifications
•Comply with the requirements contained in the Company's Employee Handbook and Operations
Manual
•Other duties as assigned
