Registered Behavior Technician

Job Requirements‬

•BS/BA in a related field (preferred)‬

•Experience working with children (minimum of one year preferred) ‬

•Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (preferred)‬

•IN Driver’s License, reliable transportation and auto insurance ‬

•Clear background check‬

•Ability to meet the physical demands of therapy services (must be able to walk, run, bend, lift,‬

‭ reach, stoop, and kneel and lift at least 35 lbs.)‬

•Willingness to commute to the home, school or daycare (if needed)‬

‭ Job Duties‬

•Provide best-practice ABA services for the clients served and comply with Ethics Guidelines‬

•Collect program target data‬

•Integrate ABA knowledge to develop social skills, play skills, language skills, attention skills, and‬

‭ self-help skills‬

•Assist the clinical team with program development‬

•Assist with interpreting and communicating with clients who are non-English speaking if you‬

‭ have any abilities regarding the client’s language‬

•Accept specific feedback from BCBA supervisors‬

•Adhere to high standards of professional behavior, including behavioral discussions grounded in‬

‭ scientific and professionally derived knowledge‬

 •Keep current all licenses and certifications‬

•Comply with the requirements contained in the Company's Employee Handbook and Operations‬

‭ Manual‬
