Assistant Director

Looking for qualified candidates to work at our Board of Health (BOH) certified summer camp for individuals with special needs. Assistant Directors are in charge of a group of volunteers and leading them through the summer. Assistant Directors also mentor younger and less experienced staff and take on leadership roles such as training days. Assistant Directors are responsible for scheduling, implementing policies, planning and coordinating activities.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Must be able to work independently and in small groups of staff to provide a variety of activities on a daily basis.
• Must submit a health history record and examination form prior to the first day of work.
• Has or will obtain CPR/FA certification.

*This position is a seasonal position as defined by the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance

Starting: $20.25
