
Communications Specialist
Full-time, mostly remote, entry-level position with a small, well-established Dallas software company. Successful applicant will play a key role in managing all aspects of customer relations and company advertising communications. Additional responsibilities include managing customer websites and supporting daily business operations. Weekly travel within the North Dallas area will be required.
Key responsibilities:
- Learn to use all aspects of our existing software package.
- Provide a friendly, knowledgeable customer experience.
- Respond to customer sales and support inquiries via phone, email, and/or screensharing software.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and plan solutions.
- Manage advertising communications including email marketing, news publications, and social media posts.
- Work collaboratively with website team to build and design new customer websites.
- Enter and manage content in customer websites.
