We are seeking a Data Scientist Intern with hands-on knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and methodologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and contribute to the development and deployment of advanced AI models that drive strategic business decisions and enhance customer experiences. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will be considered for a job placement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and optimize processes.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and domain experts to design and deploy scalable AI solutions.
Drive research and development initiatives to innovate and advance our AI capabilities, staying current with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML.
Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on models to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Lead projects from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business objectives and customer requirements.
Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Requirements:
Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in a professional environment.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Deep understanding of a wide range of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and their applications.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for scalable data processing and model deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
