Professional Development and Marketing Assistant

  • Professional Development:  Create marketing and design pieces using the provided technology as well as dotCMS for web design (i.e. posters, t-shirt designs, signage, logos, banners, links, web design in dotCMS, etc.)
  • Staff:  Attend all supervisory meetings, area meetings and mentor meetings.
  • Execution:  Develop marketing requests from in dotCMS (backdoor web application) and design print materials. Utilize dotCMS, Adobe Creative Suite, and research as needed to complete work assignments. 
  • Other Duties:  Special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

All University of Akron student employees must meet the designated minimum standards as stated on the Student Employment Eligibility Chart. UA student employees must be 18 years or older at the time of their start date. Any approved remote work conducted by student employees MUST be performed within the state of Ohio.
