Talent Acquisition Intern
Bello Machre is now accepting applications for a Talent Acquisition intern for SUMMER 2025. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be a member of Bello Machre’s Human Resources (HR) team. This position is supervised by our Director of Talent Acquisition.
This is a part-time position with an average work week of 10-15 hours. Schedule to be set on an individual basis depending on the schedule of the intern and the needs of the team. Work availability should be included in the application process. This position requires a high level of empathy, sensitivity, and attention to the diverse needs of people with developmental disabilities.
Essential Duties:
- Resume Screening Assistance – Organizing and categorizing incoming resumes for recruiters to review.
- Interview Coordination – Scheduling interviews, sending confirmations, and preparing interview materials.
- Candidate Communication – Sending follow-up emails, status updates, or rejection emails to candidate
- Social Media & Employer Branding – Creating recruitment-focused content for LinkedIn, job boards, and career pages.
- Event Planning Support – Assisting with career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
- Recruitment Analytics & Reporting – Compiling data on hiring trends, time-to-fill metrics, and candidate sources.
- Market Research – Researching industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Internship Program Support – Helping with internship program logistics and engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements

- Database Management: Meticulously and thoroughly able to enter data on a regular basis to ensure the accuracy of recordkeeping and management; strong written skills in transferring interviews/notes to narrative formats
- Results/Outcome Oriented: Motivated by results; able to multitask; demonstrates initiative and the ability to be flexible and creative; expected to meet and exceed goals.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with a diverse staff; comfortable and respectful working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Must commit to complete 120 hours in 8 weeks.
- Must pass all background checks and attend all trainings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Rising Junior or Senior or currently enrolled college student. Experience may supersede education. Professional development applicants will also be considered.
- Basic familiarity with computers. Knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
