Engineering/Budget Analyst
Summary of Position:
This role is for an Engineering Analyst /Budget Analyst/Process Analyst for Leonardo Helicopters, based in Philadelphia at AWPC, will be critical to supporting the Engineering Department. Responsibilities include being a focal point for department purchase requisitions, invoice management and payments, procurement card management, travel requests and coordination, data collection for suppliers, staff tracking, process capture for tasks and activities, and overall needed business administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Purchase Requisition Management
- Invoice Management
- Procurement (P-Card) Management
- To coordinate Operative Budget alignment and Baseline Change Requests (BCRs)
- Travel Coordination
- Data Collection of Suppliers
- To update plans as appropriate and analyze KPI metrics.
- Process Capture and Documentation
- Staff Tracking across Engineering Cost Centers
- Undefined Business Administration required by the needs of the Engineering Department.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Business (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management/Operations, Information Systems, Logistics, Business Administration, or Project Management).
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in business.
