Internship - Sales Video & Communication

The Intern Support role in Sales Video & Communication is a key support function designed to assist the team in creating and customizing various visual content such as graphic slides, videos, and communication materials. This position focuses on filling out pre-designed templates for different sales-related communications. The intern will work closely with the sales team, providing customized templates for sales updates, product launches, promotional content, and infographics. The intern will help streamline communication processes and contribute to creating visual content that supports both internal and external communication, ensuring consistency and efficiency within the team.

Essential Job Functions: 

The Intern Support will be responsible for customizing and creating regional graphic slides/images that outline details about SKUs, consumers, and channels to be used as instructional materials for both internal and external teams. Additionally, the intern will assist in updating the LATAM video, creating the latest version that represents the entire region, showcasing its successes and intricate executions by region. The intern will also help with innovation teaser videos, formatted for regional use, which visually highlight products and can be shared internally and externally.

Skills and Attributes: 

Strong communication, attention to detail, and basic skills in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing (Premiere Pro). Adaptable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Eager to learn and manage changing priorities.

Position Requirements:

2. Basic graphic design skills - Photoshop & Illustrator.
3. Basic video editing knowledge - Premiere Pro.
4. Follow template guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with company standards
5. Ability to adapt to changing projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
6. Willingness to learn new skills and tools related to video creation and graphic design.
7. Ability to keep files and resources organized for easy access and use by the team.
8. Graphic design Major or Recent Grad
9. Creative Thinker, both, independently and collaboratively

Base Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
