Interior Design Intern

Preferred Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchU, Lumion or V-Ray, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of color theory, textiles, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for sustainable and luxury design.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with creating design presentations, including mood boards and material selection.
  • Support design team in sourcing fabrics, finishes, and furniture.
  • Organize and maintain material libraries and project files.
  • Collaborate on space planning, drafting floor plans, and creating 3D renderings.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Assist with site visits, installations, and quality checks.
  • Invoice clients and create purchase orders in Quickbooks. (We will train if needed)
  • Make purchases
  • Keep logs of orders and deliveries
