Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications that power HMP Global’s omnichannel operations. This role requires a versatile developer with 3-5 years of experience, skilled in C#, .NET, PHP, and React, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using C#, .NET (ASP.NET, .NET Core), PHP, and React.
  • Work with SQL Server and MySQL databases to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions, including UX/UI designers, project managers, and other developers.
  • Implement best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party services using RESTful standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development processes.
  • Work with CMS platforms like Drupal or Kentico (preferred but not required).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of software development experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET (ASP.NET, .NET Core), React, and PHP.
  • Experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Drupal or Kentico CMS platforms is a plus.

Location & Work Arrangement

  • Primary Location: East Windsor, NJ (Hybrid)
  • Remote Option: Available based on proximity to East Windsor, NJ, with occasional on-site presence as needed.
