General Job Overview

Interviewers will contact residents of Hawaiʻi and Guam to conduct scripted telephone interviews and gather critical data on behalf of the Hawaiʻi State Department of Health and the Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services.

 

Requirements

Reliable.

Possess a pleasant and professional telephone voice.

Professional demeanor.

Able to read from a pre-defined script with ease.

Proven ability to work independently and in a productive manner.

Able to follow directions and accurately record respondent’s answers.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

Hours

Monday - Friday: 9a-5p & 5p-9p

Saturday: 9a-6p
