Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Commercial Leasing Intern to assist our leasing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in commercial real estate leasing and property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing leasing documents and agreements
- Conduct market research on available commercial spaces and potential clients
- Help prepare lease summaries and reports for internal and client review
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with leasing-related tasks as needed
- Participate in administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and maintaining leasing documentation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Strong interest in commercial real estate and leasing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
