Bring your organizational, networking, management, and leadership skills to help create tech career pathways that help young people stay and thrive in West Virginia. High Rocks is seeking a Project Manager our Tech Express program, located in Lewisburg, WV. Tech Express is a High Rocks Business empowering Southern West Virginia through tech repair, maintenance, and support. We create career pathways in technology by offering hands-on training and mentorship through an innovative earn-and-learn model. We are working to transform the region’s tech workforce, fostering growth and innovation while addressing the evolving needs. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project and business management, fostering community and industry engagement, optimizing operations within Tech Express, mentoring and teaching young people, building partnerships including with colleges and employers, expanding the customer base, ensuring quality control and compliance, managing deliverables and expenditures, and overseeing both the daily operations and long-term strategic vision of Tech Express. Our goal is to build a thriving pilot program for IT, Computer Science, and Cybersecurity career pathways in West Virginia and a resource for community digital literacy and support.

The High Rocks team is dynamic and inspiring; team members work together to achieve great results, guide the direction of the organization, represent High Rocks in regional partnerships, work together to tell the story of High Rocks to the world, and build relationships with funders and other partners so that we can provide our programs free-of-charge to young people in West Virginia. 

Salary: $40,000 - $59,000, commensurate with education and experience. If your qualifications fall outside of this range but you believe you would be a strong fit for the role, we encourage you to apply. Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience recommended.

· Project/Business Management Experience 

· Detail-oriented and organized

· Strong communication skills, including strong written communication

· Computer skills are a must, including Excel

· Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel functions a plus

· Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check is required

Training is available.
