
Client Success Specialist
As a Client Success Specialist – Prospecting & Outreach, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking business-focused legal solutions. This role is primarily responsible for outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and initial client engagement. You will represent the firm with professionalism, introducing our services to potential clients and helping them understand how Wolford & Robinson PLLC can support their business objectives.
Your goal is to create meaningful connections that lead to trusted client relationships and drive firm growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, client success, or similar roles—preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Comfortable with cold calling and confident in initiating conversations with prospective clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in maintaining accurate records and managing follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the legal industry (particularly in debt collection or business contracts) is a plus but not required.
