Physical Therapist
WWS Physical Therapy & Vestibular Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient healthcare team. The ideal candidate is interested in building and fostering relationships with our staff and community. This role involves working with multiple populations, from adolescents to geriatrics with orthopedic and vestibular conditions. Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient's needs and goals
•Utilize various therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain and promote healing
•Provide education to patients regarding treatment protocols and home care strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care across systems
- Ability to learn new techniques and testing and implement them into patients' plan of care
•Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
•Maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to all health regulations
Qualifications
•Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
- 2+ years experience in an outpatient setting
•Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of physical therapy.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
