Company Profile:
Aurora Analytics LLC is a Life Sciences company based in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. Aurora creates products for education, food safety, healthcare, threat detection and research, as well as provides synthetic and analytical chemical services to enable commercial R&D and production projects.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will report to the QA manager and assist in the area of Quality Management Systems, including document creation and review, and maintaining the Aurora online documentation portal. Responsibilities include:
- Review of existing process documentation
- Drafting quality procedures and work instructions
- Assist in managing and organizing the online documentation portal
- Implementation of electronic record keeping and maintenance
- Conducting work accurately and in a timely fashion.
All work is targeted to, and to be completed in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 quality guidelines for chemical manufacturing.
Education/Skills/Experience:
Upper-level undergraduate student majoring in physical or life sciences, or English. You must have good verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail is important. Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Sense of humor is always desired.
Location:
Aurora’s laboratory facilities are located in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor, minutes from BWI airport, in a technology incubator complex that provides facility support and a friendly, active environment.
