Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, partners, and users. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This position requires a strong understanding of Web3 technology, sales strategies, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Present MyStandard’s products and services to potential clients, clearly articulating the benefits of our Web3-based talent acquisition platform.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their business challenges, offering value-added services where applicable.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align client solutions with product offerings.
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends using CRM tools and other analytics platforms.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, Web3 technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position MyStandard in the marketplace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving long-term relationships.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent MyStandard and expand the business pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or Web3 space.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance tracking.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
