Associate, Print Production Designer

This creative role will assist with the design and creation of all Build-A-Bear print and digital marketing initiatives to support our domestic and international product growth, channel partners, gifting and party initiatives, and a vast array of product campaigns. This role will enable Build-A-Bear to meet marketing demands on-time and on-budget. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Print design and creation
  • Support digital design 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the creative team and cross-functional departments

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production or graphic design 
  • Proficient in digital asset management software
  • Proficient in project management software 
  • Skilled with CRM and ATS systems

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Over four years of experience in production or graphic design  
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication or equivalent

Working Environment: 

  • Typical office environment with climate control and sufficient lighting, ergonomic desk/chairs
  • Hybrid work schedule 
  • Corporate Office located St. Louis, MO
