Position Overview:
We are seeking an AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and solutions to address complex business challenges. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and drive decision-making.
Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance AI literacy across the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in AI and machine learning, including hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
