Front Desk Assistant with Learning Connections

Under general supervision of staff and/or instructors, the student assistant will provide support to their peers in the use of learning support centers and services both on campus and online. Students may be scheduled to work in the Learning Connection (B600), STEM (B3900), and/or WRAC (B100) Centers. Duties include assisting with questions/queries around program and/or Center services, tutoring and other general campus information; referring students to staff/faculty as appropriate; assisting with general computer/printer/copier questions; providing logistical support during center open hours; and general Center maintenance (i.e. cleaning, restocking supplies, etc.)
