Full-Stack Web Intern

About the Role

 

As a Full-Stack Engineering Intern, you’ll work closely with our UI/UX designers and AI developers to build and scale applications that help patients get the best care possible. You’ll gain hands-on experience developing secure, high-performance applications using React and AWS, all while learning the ins and outs of HIPAA-compliant software development.

 

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance front-end components using React, ensuring seamless user experiences.

• Build and integrate scalable back-end services with AWS, working with databases, APIs, and cloud functions.

• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into real-world applications.

• Work closely with the UI/UX team to translate designs into responsive, accessible web applications.

• Ensure security and compliance best practices in line with HIPAA regulations.

• Troubleshoot and optimize performance to scale applications effectively.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Basic understanding of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

• Interest in secure, compliant application development (experience with HIPAA or other compliance frameworks is a plus!).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building real-world applications that help people.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
