Market Research Analyst

Collect and analyze data on our current customers demographics, preference, needs, and buying our products habits  to identify potential markets and factors affecting demand  of our current imported products which may include but not limited stylish hardwood flooring, engineered hardwood floors, premium solid wood floor etc. Conduct research on consumer opinions  and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, pollsters and other professionals.  Measure and assess customer  and employee satisfaction.  Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data such as surveys, opinion pools or questionnaires or arrange to obtain existing data. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex date into written text. 

Minimum job requirement: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or marketing or Economics.  Must have strong analytical, detail oriented, critical thinking and communication skill.   Name of contact:  Jimmy Setiawan  President  Jimmy@urbanfloor.com
