Overview:
Aiden Anthony LLC is seeking a Research Assistant Intern to support equity-driven research, data analysis, and knowledge-building for consulting, policy, and program development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about racial equity, housing justice, child welfare systems, and social impact work. The intern will gain hands-on experience in policy analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on topics related to housing justice, social services, racial equity, and systemic change
- Assist in policy analysis, literature reviews, and data synthesis to inform consulting projects
- Support the development of reports, briefs, presentations, and research-based materials
- Identify relevant research, data sets, and best practices in social impact work
- Collaborate on funding proposals, grant applications, and program evaluations
- Track emerging trends, legislation, and policies that impact Aiden Anthony LLC’s focus areas
- Maintain an organized database of research materials and sources
Qualifications:
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Interest in racial equity, social justice, and systems change
- Familiarity with policy research, data analysis, and social impact metrics is a plus
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Experience using Google Scholar, academic databases, or policy research tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Location: Remote or Hybrid
Hours: 10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Unpaid internship/work study if eligible
