Job Description and Duties

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Our Technology Infrastructure Services Division (TISD), Enterprise Desktop Support Section is currently seeking an Desktop Configuration Specialist. This position is an Information Technology Specialist I whose responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing third level support for all desktop related issues.
  • Managing active directory and group policy administration for desktops and laptops.
  • Troubleshooting issues with SCCM deployments and other endpoint device management tools.
  • Patch management for Windows devices.

  2. Describe your experience leading and directing staff to accomplish a specific work effort or goal.
  3. Describe your experience in working with endpoint device management tools (JAMF, SCCM, Intune, etc.)
