Collections Specialist

Collections Representative- Start date January 20th

Job functions:

• Communicate with borrowers who have defaulted on their accounts by telephone to ensure full repayment or arrange acceptable payment arrangements all while providing excellent customer service

• Build a quick trust relationship with the debtor and show them how we can help resolve their outstanding balances.

Schedule:

Mon-Fri: 3 days 8am-4:30pm + 2 late days 10:30am-7pm 

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service or Sales experience

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply

• Ability to learn NES collections computer system and phone system

• Negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Strong listening skills, ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

• Goal Oriented, seeks to consistently meet aggressive daily, weekly and monthly production and quality goals

• Team player
