Event Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible Weekends)

We’re looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Event Assistants! This is a fun and flexible role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in event catering and customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in setting up and operating the Mixmuse drink station at weddings and events.
2. Prepare and serve milk tea, fruit tea, and other beverages. (Training provided!)
Engage with guests and provide excellent customer service.
3. Help with loading and unloading supplies; some light lifting may be required.
Drive to event locations (must have your own vehicle).
4. Occasionally assist with us with photo or video (if skilled in this area).

You'll be a good fit if

1. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
2. Friendly, outgoing, and able to chat comfortably with guests.
3. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
4. Flexible with hours (events vary in length, typically between 2-4 hours).
5. Must be available for multiple weekends between May and September.
