Parking Lot Manager

Vermont Lake Monsters Parking Lot Manager

The Vermont Lake Monsters are seeking a reliable and organized Parking Lot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parking facilities during the baseball season. This individual will manage all aspects of parking lot operations, including staff scheduling, traffic flow, and ensuring an excellent guest experience for fans attending our games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:
    • Train, and supervise parking lot staff, ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all home games.
    • Provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to parking lot team members.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee the daily setup, operation, and breakdown of the parking lot before and after games.
    • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues related to parking.
    • Ensure accurate handling of parking fees by staff.

Work Schedule

This is a seasonal position that requires availability during all home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills

The Vermont Lake Monsters are a proud member of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League with a mission of creating a CHAMPionship entertainment experience, by providing Next Level fun for all ages. The full season runs from the end of May until the middle of August during which we play a 62 game schedule (35 home games, 27 away games) in the FCBL. The team, originally founded in 1994, annually draws roughly 85,000 fans — an impressive feat for a state with a population of just over 600,000 people. All home games are played at historic Centennial Field in beautiful Burlington, Vermont.
