Managing Engineer (Division Manager, Engineering Services)

Position Overview:
Fantastic opportunity to lead the City of Austin’s Engineering Design Team! This Team provides full project design along with construction and post-construction phase engineering services for a variety of critical City infrastructure capital projects, supporting City-wide Departments and services to the public.

This person will serve as a trusted leader, technical expert, and a valued member of the Capital Delivery Services Department’s management team. This position will lead multiple engineer design teams and a City Surveying team. The position will manage all planning, task performance, budgeting, personnel, and support functions for an in-house Design Team of over twenty Engineers and technical staff.
