California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) is seeking to hire one student assistant to provide Information Technology (IT) desktop support. Under close supervision, the incumbents will report to the Information Technology Supervisor II, Information Technology Service Desk (ITSD) within the Information Technology Operations Branch. The incumbent will act as first-tier support for the IT Service Desk, support asset management, conferences, and update documentation as needed.
