This role is ideal for someone who wants to blend HR, analytics, and technology while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • HR Systems & Data Analytics: Leverage technical skills to optimize HR processes, automate workflows, and analyze talent-related data.
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates, ensuring an efficient hiring process.
  • Process Automation: Develop scripts or tools to streamline recruiting, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Social Media & Employer Branding: Analyze engagement metrics and refine hiring strategies using data-driven insights.
  • HR Tech & Compliance: Help ensure hiring protocols align with compliance standards and best practices in talent management.

Requirements

  • Technical Background: Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other scripting languages is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for Finance & Markets: Interest or experience in financial markets and fintech is a plus.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to apply strategic thinking to HR and business challenges.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Basic knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present findings and collaborate with a team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Background in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (Finance/Economics is a plus).
  • Comfortable using HR software, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
  • Passionate about innovation in both HR and fintech.
