Moss Adams is currently seeking Family Office Interns.
Introduction to the team
The Family Office is a sub department of our Private Clients Advisory (PCA) practice that provides clients with the resources they need to manage complex financial affairs and reach their personal and family goals.
The Family Office Intern works with high-net-worth families to satisfy daily financial needs. This position is responsible for payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. This position will also be required to book journal entries and prepare monthly reports. The family office is a small team inside a larger organization. The work is fast paced and quite steady.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT)
- Must have completed or be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, with a preference for business majors
- Must reside within a commutable distance to a Moss Adams office and be willing to work on-site
- Eligible candidates must have academic courses remaining at the end of the internship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technology-related coursework highly desirable
- Willingness to travel to client locations, including overnight stays, with travel expectations varying by department and office location
- Flexibility to work overtime or additional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Excellent customer service skills; Ability to understand own and others' emotions to achieve desired goals
Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills; Organize information and exercise well-reasoned judgment
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrate confidence in decision making and poise in a professional setting

While this is the typical range of pay for the position, actual pay may vary based on internal equity, knowledge, experience, skillset, and geographic location among other factors. It’s uncommon for an individual to be hired at the top end of the pay range. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
