Kindergarten Teacher

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging, experiential learning experiences 

● Foster a nurturing, innovative classroom environment 

● Lead daily mindfulness and character development activities 

● Collaborate in creating a dynamic, forward-thinking educational approach 

● Create an engaging, hands-on learning environment for Kindergarten students 

● Implement innovative, experiential learning approaches 

● Participate in daily mindfulness and character education programs 

● Support student growth through personalized Genius Hour experiences 

● Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that reflects the school's core values. 

● Manage student behavior and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies. 

● Assess student progress and performance regularly, providing timely feedback to students and parents concerns. 

● Collaborate with a passionate team and other teachers, staff, and administration to develop cutting-edge curriculum and support student learning. 

● Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress 

● Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance the learning experience. 

● Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to a culture of excellence and collaboration. 

● Participate in school events, professional and staff developments, extracurricular activities, and community engagements. 

Qualifications: 

● California Preliminary or Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. 

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

● Pay: $70,00 - $90,000/yr (Depending on experience) 

● Stipends: Masters Degree = Add $1,500 Doctoral Degree = Add $1,500 Benefits:
