End User Services Support Intern

We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in End User Services Support to join our team. In this role you will learn real-world corporate IT Support, technology infrastructure relationships, project competency.

As a End User Services and Support Technology Intern at JLL, you will:  

Assist in project refreshing laptops no longer under warranty.

Review asset inventory dashboard data for accuracy.

Understand what DEX (Digital Experience) is and how it is adopted in a corporate environment.

Assist in sustainability projects and coordinate e-waste pickups.

Document technology experience within the office.

Learn the ins and outs of the Service Now ticketing system.

Wireless smartphone and tablet related tasks, including mobile device management, configuring, and troubleshooting.

Partner with various teams (Infrastructure, Config Management Deskside Support, Wireless Pooling, Tech Fulfillment, etc.) on special projects.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Dates:  June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025

Location: Houston, TX or Chicago, IL | Hybrid

Education, Skills, and Experience 

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Computer Science and/or focusing on Data Analysis.

Customer Service Focus

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Understanding of computer, mobile device and networking technology and fundamentals.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Ability to work independently on projects.

Some comprehension of networks and computer infrastructure.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program. 

Permanent US work authorization required.
